I have a few precious music files that were actually ripped from Spotify (ogg files)
I know that Catraxx generally supports ogg, but it won't read this folder (it hangs on the "Reading tags" window)
My question, is this because they are Spotify rips? Is there anything I can do to make the files compatible?
Thanks.

I'm wondering if it isn't something with the tagging. Are you able to re-tag the ogg files?

I refreshed the tags using MP3tag v3.19 but this didn't help.
The MP3tag software does have lots of tag read/write settings so maybe I need to experiment!

Update > I found a solution. Completely remove the Tags, and then re-enter the data. This works.
It's a shame though, because the original tags have useful information such as source URL and company data. Maybe it's a non-standard tag that Spotify uses?
