CatVids: Updating persons (actors) failed

Hallo,

for almost three months now, updating for persons or actors fails. The download starts - and nothing is downloaded at all! I suppose, that the Internet DLL might be the course of the problem - I haven't received one in months!
Does anybody cam help with this problem?

I was able to download from the US site.
