Deleting an erroneous selection in the "Binding" drop down.

I downloaded information about a book using the "Download from the Internet" option.
It automatically selected a 'Binding' selection for me.
This selection is gibberish.
How can I delete this from appearing in the Binding drop down list?

VIEW > SELECT VIEW > BINDING

Then select the "gibberish" record, click the delete icon.
